About Shrout Wellness

At Shrout Wellness, we believe true health starts with community, connection, and consistent care. As a husband and wife team, we have walked this path together since our time at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

We graduated together, built our practice together, and are raising our four children here in Carmel, Indiana. Since 2006, we have been proud to support families across Indiana with personalized care that blends proven chiropractic techniques with a growing range of wellness services.

Our roots are in chiropractic care, but our offerings have expanded to include functional medicine, IV drip therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, and ThermiSmooth skin rejuvenation. We also provide advanced body sculpting and recovery solutions including Emsculpt NEO and Emsella pelvic floor therapy. No matter what brings you in, we treat every patient like family.

What to Expect

Because we offer a wide range of services, your visit experience will depend on the type of care you are receiving.

Chiropractic appointments often begin with a full consultation and imaging if necessary. Follow-up visits are focused and typically last 15 minutes.

For wellness and aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, IV therapy, red light therapy, or acupuncture, you may start with a brief consultation. Session times vary depending on the service and your personal wellness plan.

Appointments are encouraged, as we prioritize scheduled visits. Walk-ins are accepted when available. If you have an urgent concern during business hours, call us and we will do our best to find a time for you. For after-hours issues, email drshroutdc@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Affordable, Accessible Care

We offer care that fits both your health goals and your budget. We accept many major insurance providers including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, and Cigna. If you prefer to self-pay, we offer straightforward cash pricing without the need for long-term contracts or sales pressure.
